Toni Cardon is a limited licensed master social worker who works with a large Asian American client base. Growing up in a home of Japanese descent, she understands the challenges that come with balancing the cultural identity you cherish and your mental health. She uses a client-centered approach to help clients get to know their authentic self in the context of cultural expectations so they can begin managing their mental health. She also has a special interest in helping teenagers and adults explore their gender and sexual identity.
